Hotteok (Korean pancakes)

We visited Nami Island during winter about 2 years ago and came across this Korean sweet pancakes which were given a beautiful name~ 'snow pancake'. I was not aware it was Hotteok actually, until I tried to look for the recipe online. I mentioned this to my Korean friends, and was given a pack of Hotteok mix grin emoticon
So finally I made these Hotteok with peanuts and brown sugar fillings...My girls are going to be super happy when they see this later, haha~
