鸡汤面线


这是好几天前的晚餐了。。。
那个时候,个个不太舒服,每天都这样汤汤水水的,呵呵!
用了A1 的清补鸡汤料,加一些玉竹,枸杞,鸡肉和香菇下去煮,
汤煮好了,再下面线。
不要像我这样懒惰,面线稍微烫一下,汤才不会变混浊噢。。。

  1. I like to use A1 chicken soup ingredient too. Normally I just add kampung chicken, kei chi and red dates only. Then boil some mee suah to go with it.

    i also find the soup ingredient taste nice, this was my 2nd time using it. i dun really prefer red dates, so i didnt add in, hehe...
