烤土司沙拉


light lunch, on a beautiful Sunday~

1)切碎一些蒜,加入适量橄榄油拌匀。
2)土司切成小方块,放入 (1)中拌均匀。
3)番茄切成小块,和(2)一起放入烤箱中,120度,烤15分钟左右。
4)把生菜和苦细叶(frisee)洗干净,配上烤好的方块土司和番茄,淋上适量橄榄油、一点美奶滋、parmesan cheese粉,搅拌均匀。

*个人觉得芝麻菜(arugula)比苦细叶好吃,可以用芝麻菜取代,或同时加入 :)

  2. Hello, girl, you are so sweet of visiting my blog, I must return a favour, ma, right? This is called good manner, hahaha! This salad reminds me of caeser salad which we eat with croutons!

    After a meal at Element Fresh restaurant in Guangzhou, I was very impress with their caeser salad, and drooling whenever I thought of it, so I simply make my own version...what attracts my kids the most is the toasted bread cubes,haha
