为孩子们做个牛油蛋糕。
香喷喷的蛋糕,我们都很喜欢。
今天她们开学了,希望她们会带着愉快的心情面对新校园。
在校车上,小妹妹想要帮助年纪比她小的女孩把安全带扣好,
最后虽然还是需要校车助理的帮忙,我还是为她的乐于助人开心。
没有记错的话,这个配方是抄自ohbin家。
我做了一半的分量,用的是6寸的心形模。
稍微修改的配方:
* 把125克牛油和95克糖 (已经减量,但是我还是觉得可以再减)打至蓬松
* 分次加入2个鸡蛋,继续拌打
* 加入1/2茶匙香草精,拌匀
* 分次加入125克自发面粉,用刮刀拌匀
* 拌入2汤匙牛奶
* 用大概1.5汤匙热水,溶化1汤匙可可粉,加在1/2面糊中拌匀
* 6寸心形模铺上烘焙纸,交叉放入2汤匙原味面糊和2汤匙可可面糊
* 预热烤箱140度,烤大概30分钟,转 130度,烤20分钟 (我家烤箱温度)
美牙,嘻嘻。。。我和喜欢蛋糕中的可可花纹。很美丽咯。

Happy school reopen to your 2 princesses! I can't imagine how to come out with such a pattern in the butter cake though you said just spoon the cake batter into the pan alternatively.NO need to use a chopstick to make a few stirs? Cake is very pretty

删除ya, you don't have to use a chopstick to stir it,
1st you put 2 spoons of original batter, follow by 2 spoons of cocoa batter, again 2 spoons of original, and so on...
you may see the batter getting taller and taller in the cake pan, don't worry about that, give the pan a light "knock", it may flatten the batter a bit, and it will eventually sink when it is baked in the oven...
I am sure there are better ways of doing this, above was just my 乱来method, haha...
