red velvet 与晚餐~

喜欢为家里的老瓜和小瓜们下厨。
其实也要感谢他们不挑嘴,所以我煮得也轻松。^^

家人生日,我爱亲自下厨:
Joy of baking有个red velvet cake食谱,我不喜欢红色素,所以用了甜菜根和红曲粉代替,虽然颜色不鲜艳,吃得却安心~



孩子们喜欢吃白酱意大利面,我想用南瓜代替鲜奶油,看看味道如何。。。结果是,大家都喜欢 ^^ 懒惰把写好的做法翻译成中文:
* pumpkin cut into small cubes, roast in oven at about 160degree celcius for about 25minutes
* blend roasted pumpkin with some milk (depends on how thick you would like the sauce to be)
* add black pepper powder, parmesan cheese powder and salt
* I also cooked some tomato, brocolli and salmon with the blended sauce. Add in the cooked tagliatelle, sprinkle some parsley flakes over it and it is ready to be served

我很喜欢吃炒到透明变软的洋葱,觉得它特别甜。
在炒洋葱的同时,加入切薄片的杏鲍菇慢慢煸炒至软和熟,再用一点酱油调味,撒上黑胡椒粒~ 我爱吃,呵呵!

简单的腌了小鸡腿,然后烤一烤,这个味道不错,记录起来:
用盐、五香粉、胡椒粉、英国咖喱粉、糖、花雕酒、麻油
