劳动节快乐

5.1 劳动节假期还没到来,我们先到了长隆游乐园过了2天1夜的假期。
回到家,没有闲下来,参考Alex Goh师傅的配方,做了cheddar cheesecake。
香味四溢,令我垂涎欲滴的cheddar cheesecake,
但是我要先忍一忍,等它更加冷些才吃,呵呵~



烤完了蛋糕,接着准备晚餐。
来个干煎三文鱼,先用黑胡椒粉和盐腌三文鱼,煎的时候丢几片姜进锅里一块煎,要吃的时候再挤些柠檬汁,可以开动啦~

为了避免炒茄子用很多油,我会先把茄子蒸软了才炒。
今天用蒜、小辣椒、虾米和豆酱炒茄子。

西芹灯笼椒,这道不辣,孩子能吃。:)

  4. Wah this cheesecake looks so delicious! Looks very moist! Sydney's Labour Day is in Oct, not today but there is no difference to me because I don't have to work, gagaga!

    对于没有上班的我们,差别大概是在于老公孩子都在家,可以好好享受下family hour :)
