蔬菜鸡肉咖喱

最近几次我都喜欢用香茅辣椒糊煮咖喱。
没有咖喱叶、咖喱粉、南姜等等佐料,香茅的味道因此更显著。
鲜艳的色泽刺激了视觉,辛辣的材料满足了味蕾。


材料:鸡肉、马铃薯、高丽菜、羊角豆、茶树菇、洋葱、香茅辣椒糊、椰浆、水、糖、盐
香茅辣椒糊用料:香茅、辣椒干、红葱头、蒜加一点水搅拌成糊,用油炒香,以糖和盐调味
