酸甜虾、炖鸡

母亲节那天,依旧在家里玩煮饭。
任何节日,我都不介意下厨,为家人煮一顿饭。
以后,当孩子长大了,她们想要为我煮一顿饭,或带我到外头用餐,
我都会乐意接受,
but mean time, 就先由我这个妈咪为你们煮饭烧菜好了。

那晚煮了酸甜口味的虾子,
晚餐的时候两老忙着给两个小瓜剥虾壳,看她们吃得很享受,
我的“虚荣心”又被她们满足了。:)


除了虾子和生菜,另外也炖了半只鸡。
很迷你的鸡,可以塞进炖盅里,哈哈。。。
加了当归、枸杞、香菇、干贝等材料,
用盐、酱油、花雕酒调味,喜欢多汤汁,就加了水。
这样炖了2个小时多,味道很好。^^
这次竟然会‘忘记’了要把鸡皮去掉,幸亏炖好的鸡汤也不会太油。
把浮在上面的油捞掉,就ok了。

切片的蛋糕,我们都喜欢它的味道。^^

  1. Hi there! I also didn't celebrate myself! Kids are still very young. What you said is very right! When they grow up, I won't cook on this day & will be waiting for them to spoil me on that day, hahaha!But by saying that, I think I still have to cook for another 15 years, hahaha! I like your soup very much because it's very cold now, I love boiling the soup more often when the days are cold!

  2. 孩子还在我们身边的时候,我们要煮给他们吃,不然他们长大后,个个到外地读书,想煮给他们吃就难咯!
